Well, it looks like another one of my favorite Blogs has posted the "No Dogs allowed" sign at its portal door.
It seems more and more Blogs, once open to those who like to read, are becoming "for private members only."
You know the type. You log on today and you are stopped at the Blogger.com door saying you have to be invited to continue, but not allowing you to email the blog owner to see if you ARE on the list.
"It doesn't look like you have been invited to read this blog. If you think this is a mistake, you might want to contact the blog author and request an invitation."
I am all for exclusivity is some things, but if you are going to shut your doors at least give your public a chance to continue following you. Leave a message where you can meekly knock on the door. Who knows, I may be a valued client.
